How much is delivery, and when is it free?
Standard delivery is a flat €4.99 anywhere in Ireland and free on orders over €39. To Great Britain it is £4.99 and free over £39. Orders start at €25, and the cart shows how far you are from free delivery rather than leaving you to work it out.
How long does an order take to arrive?
One to two working days in Ireland, three to five across the EU, and two to four to Great Britain. Bank holidays and the week before Christmas can add a day or two. Ordering is not switched on in this shop yet, so treat these as the service levels we are building to.
What can I return?
Anything unopened and unused, within 30 days of delivery, in a condition we could sell it in. That includes sealed food cases and unopened treatments.
How do I get hold of a human?
Email care@wexfur.com. We answer Monday to Friday, nine to five Irish time, usually within a working day. There is no chatbot in front of it and no queue number.
